Affiliate Program Commission Schedule

This Commission Schedule is part of the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in our Affiliate Program. It outlines the commission rates you may earn as a participant, as well as the limitations that apply to earning commissions on certain products.

Please note that this Schedule may be modified periodically in accordance with the Operating Agreement. Any capitalized terms used herein that are not defined have the meanings ascribed to them in the Operating Agreement.

Earning Commissions

During each calendar month, you are eligible to earn commissions on Qualifying Purchases. Most commissions are calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenues, based on the rates outlined in Table 1 below. These rates are subject to limitations described in the “Limitations on Commission Rates for Certain Products” section. In addition, we may offer commissions in the form of bounties or other special offers, which will be detailed in the “Special Offers and Promotions” section when available.

Qualifying Revenues are defined as the amounts we receive from customers’ Qualifying Purchases, excluding shipping, handling, gift-wrapping fees, taxes, service charges, and any amounts deducted for rebates, credit card processing fees, returns, or bad debt.

Standard Commission Structure

The standard commission rate is up to 5% on all products, with the exception of those listed below.

Special Offers and Promotions

There are currently no special offers or promotions running.

Important Note

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time. Changes may include, but are not limited to: 1) Excluding certain products or categories from earning commissions, and/or 2) Adjusting the commission rate for specific products or categories. We may also introduce special or limited-time offers under which you may earn commissions on previously excluded products or earn increased commission rates.

Any changes to commission rates, exclusions, or special promotions will be communicated through updates to this page, emails, blog posts, or other channels.
