Cancellations / Refund Policy
At SILphony, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at tune@silphony.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that cancellations will be possible as the order may already be in process.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at tune@silphony.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made items or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tune@silphony.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
