If you prefer to sell it back, we provide a flat 70% buy-back value. This policy applies to jewellery purchased from us and is subject to purity and condition verification at the time of exchange or buy-back.

Silver naturally tarnishes over time due to its purity. With our Lifetime Free Silver Polishing, you can bring or send your 92.5 silver jewellery to us anytime, and we’ll professionally clean and polish it to restore its original shine - free for life. The service covers normal tarnishing; repairs or damage (if any) are informed separately. Your jewellery stays beautiful, always.

A. Once you’ve placed the order, you will first receive a confirmation mail from our end.

Once the order is shipped we will inform you, along with the Tracking Number of the package. You can easily track the movements of your package on the website of the courier partner we’ve used for your delivery.

To maintain the beauty of your SILphony jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and storing it in a dry place. Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and avoid wearing it while swimming or showering to prolong its life and shine.

Import duty and any charges pertaining to custom
clearance of goods needs to be borne by the customer.

We charge a fee 0f 120 rupees for
shipping to customers within India.

You will receive your product as per the
delivery timeline mentioned on the selected product page.

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different.
However, we do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. We request that you to provide full addresses with the relevant postal code / zip code.

A. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Therefore, we request you to provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times.

A. Yes, your package is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they will no longer be covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we strongly recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it, mentioning that you are accepting a damaged box. Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to able to inspect.

handcrafted and due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products, we
ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions
so that the product image you see is closest to the same in reality.
