Q.How do I make a purchase? How do I place an order?

It is very simple to place an order with us.
STEP 1: Browse through our product pages using our easy navigation tools or the filter panel. Once you’ve shortlisted the product/s that you want to buy, select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ tab.
STEP 2: After you’re done adding products to your cart, review your products and their details. Once you’re satisfied, click on ‘CHECK OUT’.
STEP 3: Provide your shipping and payment details as requested, so that the order reaches you with ease.
Your part is done! Now we’ll receive your order and process it with the maximum efficiency and deliver it to you hassle-free in the stipulated time.

Howwill I know that you have received my order? When will the payment be deducted?

A. After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us as a confirmation. This should come to you within the next 30 mins. In case you do not receive this, do not worry, and just email us for a confirmation on (Mail Id).
We will check receipt of the payment and order on our end and revert within a few hours.
As for the payment, it is charged to your card after you submit your details and place the order. In the rare case, you feel there is a discrepancy in the bill amount versus the monies charged, you can simply write to us on the email ID mentioned above and we’ll sort it out for you.

How can I check the status of my order?

A. Once you’ve placed
the order, you will first receive a confirmation mail from our end.

Once the order is shipped we will
inform you, along with the Tracking Number of the package. You can easily track
the movements of your package on the website of the courier partner we’ve used
for your delivery.

In case there is still an issue,
please write to us on (Mail Id) and we’ll
provide all the information.

Do you ship internationally?

To maintain the beauty of your SILphony jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and storing it in a dry place. Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and avoid wearing it while swimming or showering to prolong its life and shine.

How much duty will I have to pay?

Import duty and any charges pertaining to custom
clearance of goods needs to be borne by the customer.

can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

A. Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different.
However, we do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. We request you to provide full addresses with the relevant postal code / zip-code.
Please contact us in case of further assistance required.

Can I change my shipping address after myorder has been dispatched?

A. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Therefore, we request you to provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times.

Is my package insured?

A. Yes, your package is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they will no longer be covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we strongly recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it, mentioning that you are accepting a damaged box. Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to able to inspect.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

Products on SILphony.com are mostly
handcrafted and due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products, we
ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions
so that the product image you see is closest to the same in reality.

What if an item is SOLD OUT and I want to buy it?

In a situation like
this, it’ll be best if you just write to us on (Mail) and we’ll be
able to let you know decisively if we’ll be able to specially produce that
piece for you or not.

Though we generally do tend to go
out of our way for our customers.
