1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We proudly offer shipping services to worldwide, and we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your products. We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delivery, Blue dart, Xpress Bees etc. to guarantee your satisfaction.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient. SILphony does not take responsibility for these additional charges.
2. SHIPPING METHOD INDIA
- We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
- A shipping fee of ₹99/ is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- COD is available for all orders above ₹999 and below ₹10,000
- All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
- Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted to order.
- You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed. Our team will contact you to confirm the details
- Once dispatched it can take 2-5 business days to reach you.
- Customization requests may require additional time, accompanied by a ₹500 fee. It takes 7-30 days to manufacture a piece depending on the complexity of design and demand.
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges for customized orders. Please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy for clarity.
4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Our courier partner is equipped to deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
- Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- To ensure smooth communication, please provide your correct phone number & email address with every order.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
- Once your package is dispatched, you will promptly receive an email containing your tracking information.
- While we are committed to assisting in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner.

- While we make every effort to deliver each item in your international order within 10-15 working days, customs related delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery time frames.
- Shipping charges and transit times will vary based on the destination. All international packages are dispatched through DHL/ FedEx.
- Transit times are valid from Monday to Saturday.
