18.    Buyback and Exchange Assurance Policy (Up to 50%)

•    Eligible only for genuine products purchased from our official website or authorized store. Invoice is mandatory.  
•    Customers may receive up to 50% of original value as store credit. The new purchase must exceed the credit amount. 
•    Valid for up to two years from purchase.
•    Returned products must be in good condition, Inspection is required. 
•    Customers must cover shipping charges.
•    Customized or discounted products may not be eligible. 
•    Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
•    Policy may be modified without notice.

19.    Lifetime Free Repolishing and Plating (Silver Jewellery) 

•    Available for authentic products purchased through official channels. Includes professional cleaning, Repolishing, and Coating.
•    Customers must pay shipping both ways.
•    Does not cover damage, deformations, or missing stones. 
•    Processing time is 7–14 days excluding courier time.
•    Service may be updated or discontinued without notice.
